JMC Distributors was established because we felt there was a need for safe cleaning, stripping and sealing products for the Southwest Florida area.

Our technical support is provided by Florida Sealing Services, Inc. They have been using the FRANMAR products for 9 years and the Coatings International products for 15 years. Florida Sealing realized that it was essential to find products that would not damage the surrounding environment (Koi ponds, fountains, exotic landscaping and expensive exterior architectural elements). They also did not want to harm the health of it's employees and clients by using harsh chemicals or dangerous techniques. The need to find a sealer that would withstand the unique weather of Southwest Florida was also very important.

After years of research and experimenting with many cleaning materials, sealing products and application methods, Florida Sealing Services found the soy based products manufactured by FRANMAR and the LifeTime silicone sealer from Coatings International were by far the best solution for their requirements; safe, affordable, easy to use and time tested. These natural products have little to no VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) and they actually work!

JMC Distributors was created to provide the marketplace with reliable products and experienced knowledge in the use and application of these materials.
